Why Your Crawlspace Matters More Than You Think

Most homeowners in Surrey, Langley, Delta, and across the Lower Mainland rarely think about their crawlspace — which is exactly why crawlspace problems tend to advance for years before anyone notices. The space beneath your floor is not sealed off from your living environment. Air moves continuously between the crawlspace and the rooms above it through gaps in flooring, around plumbing penetrations, and through the floor framing itself.
