What happens after you submit?

Requesting an estimate from us is genuinely free and comes with no obligation. A significant number of homeowners contact us simply because they want to know what is happening in their crawlspace — they may have a musty smell, a soft floor, or a neighbor who just had encapsulation work done and got them thinking. We provide honest assessments regardless of whether the visit leads to a project.

Our on-site assessments are substantive. We enter the crawlspace, take moisture readings at multiple points using a calibrated pin meter, assess the condition of existing insulation and vapor barriers, check structural members for rot or movement, note any mold or pest activity, and document everything with photos. When we come back out, we walk you through what we found and explain what it means for your home — in plain language, not jargon. You receive a written summary of findings and a proposal for the work we recommend, organized by priority so you can decide how to proceed.
